Tasting Notes: very rich and smooth, slightly sweet like dark chocolate. Cocoa, very earthy. Second brew has notes of earthiness and mushrooms and root vegetables with a thick texture. Sweet cocoa and cookies. Third brew is sweeter and smooth with light chocolatey flavour. Sweet and earthy, savoury and umami. Finishes with warming spices, and hints of dark chocolate and orange. Smooth and consistent.
