One of the ten most famous Chinese teas- It is deceptively soft and mild, fresh aromatic, smooth and mellow green tea. It is known for its refreshing taste and lingering floral aroma and sweetness.

The first infusion is strong and has a lasting aftertaste while the second infusion features a more complex flavor with flowery and earthy grassy notes.

Brewing Guide: 

Water:  150ml @ 70°C 
Tea:  2.5g (1 tsp)
Brewing:  35 seconds, 3-4 brews 
Infuser Material:  glassware or porcelain 

Notes:  to prolong shelf life it's best to store this tea in the freezer
