One of the most famous teas from China, grown in Huang Shan (Yellow Mountain)- the buds and bright green leaves are covered in a fine silver dust which bring smoothness to every sip. The tea, pure and translucent, boasts a pale copper hue and exudes a roasted chestnut aroma.

Brewing Guide: 

Water:  125ml @ 70°C 
Tea:  3g (1 tbsp)
Brewing:  25 seconds, 2nd brew 20 sec 65°C, 4-5 brews
Infuser Material:  glassware or porcelain

Notes:  to prolong shelf life it's best to store this tea in the freezer
