Long Jing is one of the most famous Tribute teas since the Qing Dynasty. Grown in Zhejiang province- the delicate green leaves offer an elegant fresh fragrance, a bold nutty aroma, and a very smooth mellow taste. Its flavour and aroma are very long lasting and will leave you with a pleasant toasty aftertaste.

Brewing Guide: 

Water:  125ml @ 70°C 
Tea:  2.5g (1 tsp)
Brewing:  25 seconds, 2nd brew 65°C, 3-4 brews
Infuser Material:  glassware or porcelain

Notes:  to prolong shelf life it's best to store this tea in the freezer
