One of the top ten most famous teas of Sichuan harvested from the Emei high mountain. The leaves are flat and smooth, uniformly straight and beautiful.
The dry tea leaf is bright green with a sheen; the aroma has a chestnut fragrance, rich and persistent, the soup colour is bright and the taste is fresh and mellow with an unbeatable lingering "gan" (light astringent) taste.

Brewing Guide:
Water: 150ml @ 80°C
Tea: 4g (1 tsp)
Brewing: 25 seconds, 2nd brew 65°C , 3-4 brews
